Two Ways to Buy

Green Street offers you two ways to become part of the community. You can either buy an existing house, or buy a lot and have a house designed and built to meet your specific needs and budget. The site plan will show you what is available.

1) Buy an existing house
Currently two houses are for sale, #87 and #89. Both will be finished by the end of 2011. See plans below and contact us or Greentree Real Estate for further information.

2) Buy an improved lot
Improved lots currently available are #’s 74, 93, 95 and109.

Prices for improved lots at Green Street include the elevated promenade that links buildings within the project. Actual construction of the promenade will be coordinated with the construction of the house. Green Street is serviced by municipal water and sewer, fiber-optic data lines, telephone, cable and natural gas. These main lines are all within easy connection distance to all house sites.

In addition to the above, all Green Street owners will enjoy access to the amenities held in common. These include the road (Green Street), the barn (link), approximately eight acres of agricultural land for gardens or animals (link), and, if desired, access to the photovoltaic array providing solar electricity (link).

Some of the improved lots include a ready-to build-on foundation with all utilities brought to the foundation.

    The property is planned to be built in 3 stages, starting in 2010. Utilities are in place and the first part of the street will be ready for Summer 2010.
