Purchase of the site includes the access road (Green Street), town water and sewer, water for fire protection, storm drainage, natural gas and electricity, phone/internet lines and cable. It is anticipated that building and sales will be over 3 years starting with the lots closest to the beginning of Green Street, near the Charlotte Road, but depending on circumstances, the timeline could be faster.

A nonrefundable 5% deposit is required with a contract.
20% of your lot payment will be held in escrow until the elevated promenade by your home has been built (which will happen after your foundation — dependent on your final design — is put in place).
Once you have bought a lot, you are a member of the Homeowners Association.
