How big are the houses? They range from 1800 – 2500 gross square feet of conditioned space, not including an enclosed 2-car garage. Custom designed houses can be of any size that fits within the permitted footprint.

What is the price range? The lots start at $125,000, including amenities. House costs will vary depending on size, and are on top of the lot costs. The first two houses (#87 and #89) are under construction.

When will lots or houses be available? Lots and at least one house (#89) are available now.

Who is the developer or builder? This neighborhood has been designed by the Hinesburg architecture office, Bast & Rood Architects. The primary builder is R.C.Volk Construction of Hinesburg.
