Houses clustered on a slope with open views: Green Street begins with the entrance on the Charlotte Road. Green Street goes south and up a gentle slope, then continues south between the homes on both sides. West of the houses are open fields and a small river.

Walk to Hinesburg village: Two sidewalks, one at each end of the property, will lead to Hinesburg’s Main Street. The houses will be built in 3 phases; in phase 3 the barn will be moved below the houses, next to a community garden area.
